- "For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be earthquakes in divers places, and there shall be famines and troubles: these are the beginnings of sorrows." Mark 13:8 & Matthew 24:7-8
- "And great earthquakes shall be in divers places, and famines, and pestilences; and fearful sights and great signs shall there be from heaven." Luke 21:11
Geophysical warfare
Among future means of obtaining national objectives by force, one possibility hinges on man’s ability to control and manipulate the environment of his planet. When achieved, this power over his environment will provide man with a new force capable of doing great and indiscriminate damage. Our present primitive understanding of deliberate environmental change makes it difficult to imagine a world in which geophysical warfare is practised. The key to geophysical warfare is the identification of the environmental instabilities to which the addition of a small amount of energy would release vastly greater amounts of energy. Environmental instability is a situation in which nature has stored energy in some part of the Earth or its surroundings far in excess of that which is usual. To trigger this instability, the required energy might be introduced violently by explosions or gently by small bits of material able to induce rapid changes by acting as catalysts or nucleating agents. Effects of releasing this energy could be world-wide, as in the case of altering climate, or regional, as in the case of locally excited earthquakes or enhanced precipitation.
During World War II, Winston Churchill observed that, in wartime, truth is so precious that it should, at all times, be attended by “a bodyguard of lies.” For decades, the United States and U.S.S.R. researched the possibility of manipulating natural disasters, including earthquakes, as weapons of mass destruction. This type of weaponry was the focus of a treaty between the two superpowers negotiated in the late 1970s. Yet, despite a growing body of evidence that seismic weaponry may very well be a fact of life in the late 1990s, officialdom continues to downplay that ominous possibility. This program explores that evidence. In addition to examining evidence of the existence of seismic weapons and/or research into such weapons, the segments highlight the research of Nikola Tesla, who used mechanical resonance to cause a small earthquake in New York City in 1896! After discussion of a press conference given on April 28, 1997 by Defense Secretary William S. Cohen, in which he says that “terrorist nations” are currently developing means of triggering earthquakes, volcanic eruptions and disastrous weather events, the program reviews some of the history of the Cold War research and development of seismic weapons. The broadcast also touches on the Japanese Aum Shinrikyo’s attempt to use Tesla’s discoveries to develop tectonic weapons and their professed belief that the Kobe earthquake was caused by the United States. [4]
Secret war and changing relationships
- In 1970 Zbigniew Brzezinski published a book titled Between Two Ages. Brzezinski is one of the founding directors of the Trilateral Commission. In this book he said, "Technology will make available, to the leaders of major nations, techniques for conducting secret warfare, of which only a bare minimum of the security forces need be appraised… Technology of weather modification could be employed to produce prolonged periods of drought or storm."[5] (Between Two Ages p 28. Footnote#2; quoted from "Gordon J. F. MacDonald, Space," in Toward the Year 2018, p. 34) [6]
As economic competition among many advanced nations heightens, it may be to a country’s advantage to ensure a peaceful natural environment for itself and a disturbed environment for its competitors. Operations producing such conditions might be carried out covertly, since nature’s great irregularity permits storms, floods, droughts, earthquakes and tidal waves to be viewed as unusual but not unexpected. Such a ‘secret war’ need never be declared or even known by the affected populations. It could go on for years with only the security forces involved being aware of it. The years of drought and storm would be attributed to unkindly nature and only after a nation were thoroughly drained would an armed take-over be attempted
Geoengineering
- Geoengineering as now been defined as: “the deliberate large-scale manipulation of the planetary environment to counteract anthropogenic climate change.” – The Royal Society 2009 [7]
Weather modification or control is the act of manipulating or altering certain aspects of the environment to produce desirable changes in weather (Deliberate production earthquakes, tsunamis, and droughts and floods in food-growing areas.)

- Veteran weather modification expert Ben Livingston is a former Navy Physicist who briefed President Lyndon B. Johnson on the effectiveness of weather control back in the 1960′s during the Vietnam era, when he was involved in cloud seeding programs that worked to slow down the advance of Vietnamese and Korean troops. Livingston asserts that asserts that hurricane control was a national priority of the government more than 40 years ago and that the technology was fully operational to control the weather at the time. The main patent for this technology
Patent # 4,686,605 Method and apparatus for altering a region in the earth's atmosphere, ionosphere, and/or magnetosphere:
A method and apparatus for altering at least one selected region (atmosphere, ionosphere, and/or magnetosphere) which normally exists above the earth's surface. The region is excited by electron cyclotron resonance heating to thereby increase its charged particle density. In one embodiment, circularly polarized electromagnetic radiation is transmitted upward in a direction substantially parallel to and along a field line which extends through the region of plasma to be altered. The radiation is transmitted at a frequency which excites electron cyclotron resonance to heat and accelerate the charged particles. This increase in energy can cause ionization of neutral particles which are then absorbed as part of the region thereby increasing the charged particle density of the region. (Also see: A Partial History of Aerosol and Weather Related Technologies)
After the August 11, 1987 patent, two additional Eastlund patents, related to his invention and the subsequent HAARP project, were released: Patent number 4,712,155; Dec. 8, 1987 (coauthored with Simon Ramo) and U.S. Patent number 5,038,664; August 13, 1991. [13]
Scientific journals claim that HAARP is capable of causing artificial aurora borealis, it can also jam radar stations of early ballistic missile detection systems, communicate with submarines in the ocean and even detect secret underground complexes of the enemy (as well as natural ressources, this is known as earth tomography). Radio-frequency emission is capable of piercing through the ground and examine hideaways and tunnels, it can burn out electronics and destroy space satellites. The equipment can also impact the atmosphere and thus cause changes in weather. HAARP is allegedly used for causing natural disasters similar to Hurricanes Katrina and Rita. [14]

- Existing facilities in the world
- The most powerful ionosphere heating ELF facilities (until HAARP is completed) were constructed by the Soviet Union at sites in Sura (Sura Ionospheric Heating Facility), Gorkiy, Monchegorsk, and Dushanbe (Tadzhikistan). Western ionosphere heater ELF transmitters are located at Tromso (EISCAT), Norway; Arecibo, Puerto Rico; near Fairbanks, Alaska; and at Platteville, Colorado (which is now allegedly "closed"). These systems, together with the Russian Woodpecker Tesla Magnifying Transmitters, have created a severe alteration of global weather patterns - beginning in 1976, but intensifying throughout the 1980's and 1990's, as more ELF transmitter stations were constructed. - 1994 Northridge earthquake and Great Hanshin earthquake were both on January 17th 1 year apart. [16][17]
- Extraordinarily, Aum’s charismatic guru, Shoko Asahara, predicted the Kobe quake nine days before the event. In an 8 January 1995 radio broadcast, Asahara stated “Japan will be attacked by an earthquake in 1995. The most likely place is Kobe.” Hideo Murai, the late Science and Technology minister for Aum Shinrikyo also adhered to this view. Murai - said to have been the most intelligent Japanese who ever lived - was murdered in a Yakuza orchestrated assassination shortly after speaking on the record to foreign news correspondents [18]
- In his pre-Aum days, Hideo Murai had worked on highly advanced microwave and gamma/cosmic-ray physics applications for cold moulding of steel at the Kobe Steel laboratories. This laboratory complex was located at the near-exact epicentre of the great Kobe earthquake. Japanese investigative journalists believe that this Kobe laboratory was one of several research facilities (located at Osaka, Tsukuba and Tokyo universities) engaged in top-secret research and development of EM weapons technology under the cover of Kobe Steel industrial research and/or environmental "desert-greening" studies.
